The main reasons for the shutdown are: firstly, the brushing work, the wet end filtration and dehydration components (or materials), after a certain period of use, their functions decline, and the dehydration and filtration cannot achieve the initial effect, requiring regular cleaning. The second is to replace the main process equipment, such as copper mesh and woolen cloth, which need to be replaced regularly after reaching their service life; The rubber roller and stone roller are worn by contact with paper and scraper, causing changes in the height of the roller surface, which can affect product quality and require regular repair.
